We are seeking an account executive to join our growing company. As an account executive, you will generate sales with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate has the ability to exceed sales quotas. You will handle the business relationships for major accounts, sales, and the company. You must be detail-oriented and motivated. The account executive will work to achieve revenue and long-term account goals that align with company goals while maintaining a satisfying relationship with the client.
Account Executive/Acquisition Job Duties and Responsibilities
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
Present products to prospective clients
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Key Skills/Requirement:
· Education: Graduate or above
· Experience: 6 Months or above, Fresher can also apply.
· Experience working in a marketing/agency/media environment as Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role and understanding of the industry
· Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and personal)
· Fluency in English both written and spoken
· Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
· Knowledge of MS Office
· Consultative Sales skills
· Organizational and time-management skills
· Enthusiastic and passionate
